You can order our plan to deliver you either two or three meals a day. The three meal a day plan will provide you with 1500 calories, but as we’ve created balanced, healthy meals with lean protein, fibre and vegetables, you won’t go hungry. There is the option to add a healthy snack if you have a sweet tooth.
