We get all our fruit and vegetables from approved sources, and only use seasonal produce where we can. Our chefs have over 100 years of combined experience in professional kitchens and work their magic to create a tasty, diverse menu every week. Start the day with a Peanut Butter and Jelly Chia Seed pudding, tuck into a Miso Tofu Ramen for lunch, and finish off the day with a comforting Quorn sausage casserole; no more cheese sandwiches from the supermarket!

Meal Prep: What you get

You can order our Vegetarian Meal Prep plan to deliver you either two or three meals a day. The three meal a day plan will provide you with 1500 calories, but as we’ve created balanced, healthy meals with lean protein, fibre and vegetables, you won’t go hungry. There is also the option to add a healthy snack if you have a sweet tooth.
