We can accommodate 2 delivery addresses, work or home.

Can I track my delivery?

On the day of your delivery, you will receive a notification from our delivery partner, DPD, providing you with a delivery window and tracking information.

Macro and calorie information is for guidance purposes only, all macro and calorie information may change subject to a customers allergens, intolerance or dislikes.

Exact macro and calorie information is made available on each customers bespoke menu.

How long do meals take to heat?

Meals reheat within 3 minutes for ease.

Is there a notice period required for changes to delivery address?

7 working days.

Is there a notice period for cancellation?

You can cancel a subscription anytime with 7 days notice.

Can we accommodate pauses in your meal plan?

We can accommodate this with 7 – 10 working days notice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

We can upgrade and downgrade plans if necessary, these amendments take 7 working days notice.

Can I pay using a weekly or monthly payment plan?

We provide these to accommodate your budget.
