Delivery Information

What are KBK Delivery days?

Our main delivery days are Wednesdays and Sundays. Our meal plan customers have the option of choosing 1 or 2 deliveries per week when they purchase their plan. When choosing one delivery per week, you can have either a Wednesday or a Sunday!

Can you deliver to my work?

Of course! If you decide to have two deliveries per week we can also send each of them to a different address, for example if you wanted a Sunday delivery at home but a Wednesday delivery at work. Just let our customer service team know once you’ve placed your order.

Can I track my delivery?

You sure can! KBK deliveries are made with either DPD, Parcel Force or for customers in and around Manchester our very own fleet of refrigerated vans! But no matter which courier is delivering your order, you’ll receive notifications including a delivery window.

Meal Plans

Can you adjust to fit allergens or dislikes?

The allergens and dislikes that we can accomodate within our meal plans can be chosen when you place an order on our website. However as we are not a ‘free from’ facility, please note the following statement from our terms and conditions.

“KBK Meal Prep Ltd cannot guarantee there will not be traces of the 14 key allergens listed by the Food Standards Agency in any of the meals. KBK Meal Prep Ltd cannot ensure all allergen requests can be met.”

How accurate is the daily calorie / macro information on each plan page?

We do our best to keep our meals as close to the average calorie and macro information on our website as possible that is stated on each meal plan. Although this information is for guidance purposes only, all macro and calorie information may change subject to a customers allergens, intolerance or dislikes.

Exact macro and calorie information is made available on each customers bespoke menu that is emailed to you before your delivery!

How long do meals take to heat?

For meals that require heating it should take no more than 3 minutes! Though some of our meals are ready to eat without heating, be sure to check the menu that is emailed to you for guidance!

Is there a notice period required for changes to delivery address?

We ask customers to give us 7 days notice to change a delivery address. Although we will always try our best to accomodate changes on shorter notice.

Is there a notice period for cancellation?

Cancel anytime, we just ask for 7 days notice to cover any deliveries that are already in production.

Can we accommodate pauses in your meal plan?

Of course, we just ask for 7 days notice to cover any deliveries that are already in production.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Of course, we just ask for 7 working days notice to cover any deliveries that are already in production.

Can I pay using a weekly or monthly payment plan?

Sure! You can choose to pay for a subscription based plan either weekly or monthly.
